Built in 2009 on 14th in the heart of DC, ChurchKey has firmly established itself as the east coast epicenter for connoisseurs of craft beer. ChurchKey was conceived and created out of love and passion for beer in all its facets. With a collection of 500 hand-picked labels meticulously curated by Beverage Director/ Partner Greg Engert, this ambitious undertaking is designed to celebrate the full spectrum of styles, traditions, regions and flavor possibilities. An unparalleled combination of small-batch brands, temp-controlled drafts, a deep selection of traditional glassware and a rare level of knowledge is further enhanced by the talent and wit from our kitchen.

Join ChurchKey on Thursday, May 1st, as we feature Root + Branch Brewing. On this night, we will pour 9 drafts from this renowned brewery from Long Island, New York!
Root + Branch was founded in 2018 by Anthony Sorice and Ryan Mauban. Initially operating nomatically, they opened their own location in Long Island in 2022. They produce some of the most sought-after IPAs in the country and are rarely available in the DC area. Don’t miss your chance to try this special lineup of beers -- including Do We Live In A Society of Spectacle: Batch 6, Infiltrator, and The Assayer.
There is no admission fee for this event. All featured beers will be available a la carte.

Join ChurchKey on Friday, May 9th, as we celebrate the 10th Anniversary of our good friends at Ocelot Brewing Company. On this special night, founder Adrien Widman will be in-house as we pour all 6 of Ocelot’s anniversary drafts!

Ocelot has been a mainstay of the local brewing scene since 2015, with a focus on creativity, music, and ever-evolving beer styles. Known for its exceptional IPAs, lagers, and one-off small batch releases, their philosophy blends artistic expression with technical precision, embracing the spontaneity of experimentation while maintaining high quality and consistency.

For their 10th anniversary, Ocelot collaborated on 5 different beers with an all-star list of breweries, including Human Robot, Schilling, Charles Towne, Deciduous, Lawson’s Finest Liquids, Bluejacket, Trademark, Ocean Beach, The Veil, and Other Half!
